Insanity.

Gosh. Work has been a huge factor why it’s so hard keeping track of things..! It’s like, I get stressed out and all.. But it makes me just eat and eat and eat! Dumb highschool drama going on even though none of us are in hs anymore. I try to stay out of things, I don’t like it when it gets too messy..

Anyway, so I try to keep my CW of 190lbs.. Been walking, so that’s an improvement in my physical activities.. Oh plus I haven’t taken a sip of pop..! Woohoo. Go me! :)

Info.. Finally!!

Ok, so i’ve weighed myself.. And I had no clue (at all!) that I actually am my GW1: 190lbs right now! Lol

Happy to know that I did lose (a bit) of weight whilst I lost track of losing weight.. But hey, i know it ain’t much.. At least it’s something! :)

Anyway, that doesn’t stop me from wanting to achieve my GW2: 180lbs!

This week’s agenda: I might have to apply for a YMCA membership.. Get back on the elliptical, sweat it up on weights, go nuts on aero classes, and most likely revisit my childhood pal; the pool :)

This week’s food challenge: no pop or any of those sugary drinks.. H2O all the way babyyy!!—or maybe some Crystal Light might help :)

Guess who’s back?!?

I aaaaam! wow.. my holidays were only supposed to last for to 2 weeks.. but I had extended it for a month! I have been AFK for a month today! unfortunately, I had been very bad.. during my holidays, I pretty much enjoyed life to the fullest and had lived on the saying of “Eat, Drink and be [VERY] Merry!” and had chosen not to stress out on weight-loss.. what a MISTAKE! ugh.

So now, here I am at work.. feeling all shamfeful and admitting my defeat.

I shall re-weigh later when I get home.. and start my “lifestyle change” tomorrow..

I’m in toronto now! The flight wasn’t that bad.. Had some cheese and crackers.. H2O.. Will start counting calories tom for sure! :)

update.

hello ladies, and gents—if there are any.. i will be away in these upcoming weeks, i’ll be out of town for a vacation.. HOWEVER, this “holiday” does not mean that i will be taking a break from this project. i am more motivated to lose weight so that when i come back, people would notice. and the feeling that someone notices would just motivate me some more!

i’m thinking of probably losing about ~10lbs while i’m away? impossible? nahh, anything is possible if you put your heart and mind into it.. =)

i will be soon posting some scandalous pictures of me so you guys would get the idea of what my body (ew!) would loook like..
